Why did your system send me an email?

Our software monitors your website and will alert
you if a possible problem is detected in your account.

There are 2 primary reasons you might receive an email:

  1. ACCOUNT LIMITS EXHAUSTED

    If your account limits (diskspace and/or monthly transfer) have been exhausted, you will receive an automatic notification by email.

    If this is the case, please contact us immediately to avoid a fine. If we have previously agreed on a higher transfer level for a single month, you may ignore this message.

  2. INVOICE OVERDUE

    If we have sent you an invoice that is still unpaid after the invoice terms have expired (30 days), you will receive an automatic notification by email.

    If this is the case, please contact us immediately to pay the invoice. This can be done securely online, by bank transfer, or by sending us a cheque.

    If you receive this message in error, and have already paid the invoice or sent us a cheque, please contact us and let us know.
