Services on offer are detailed in the services section of this website. Any bespoke or custom scripting, design or automation requirements will be fully negotiated via email, telephone or other communication method. The timescale of any work undertaken will be advised and agreed at time of enquiry. Payment can be made online via a secure server, by bank transfer or by cheque. For contact information see the contact section. In accordance with distance selling regulations, the customer has the right to cancel any order within seven (7) days of placing that order. In this event any payments will be refunded in full and purchased services will be cancelled. Any registered domain names will remain the property of Pelinor (subject to negotiation).

"Paypal" and the Paypal Logo are registered trademarks of Paypal Inc. 2CO is an authorized retailer for goods and services provided by Pelinor. Regardless of your chosen method of payment, Pelinor is the sole distributor of all goods and services sold on this website.

All textual and multimedia information contained on this site, including layout and design, are copyright and may not be copied, reproduced or downloaded except with formal written permission from Pelinor. In such cases, the relevant acknowledgements must be made.

 

CUSTOMER PRIVACY

 

Pelinor maintains a strict policy of total customer privacy and a zero tolerance attitude towards spam.

 

All information gathered from our customers will be held in strict accordance with the 1998 Data Protection Act, and any such information will only be maintained either for our records or to facilitate the provision of technical support.

 

Pelinor will never disclose or distribute any personal details held on record to any third party. Account holders will never be contacted by Pelinor unless it has been specifically requested by them, or to inform them of matters related directly to their account, including, but not exclusive to, outstanding balances, payment information, breaches of protocol, or account termination.

 

ACCEPTABLE USE OF OUR SERVICES

 

Supplementary fees will be applicable in the case of excesses of allocated disk space and/or bandwidth, unless a previous agreement has been reached. Any customer found to be in breach of the imposed physical limits of his account can either be held liable to pay a fixed fee per infringement, or to upgrade his account to cover fully any possible continued contraventions of his account limits.

 

Any account holder found to be involved in the transmission of any unsolicited material (including ‘spam’ email) will find his account terminated without prior notice. Any complaints we receive directed at customers who violate this policy will incur an additional fixed administration fee to be paid per complaint.

 

TERMS OF PAYMENT

 

Our current terms of payment (Nov 2003) are 30 days net from date of invoice. A reminder email is sent in the event of a defaulted payment. If payment terms are breached, we reserve the right to suspend any hosted accounts held by the customer (including website, email and ftp) until payment is received. Pelinor reserves the right to delete all information on our servers held by any customer who violates this AUP, including these terms of payment (this includes website files, emails, databases and backups). In this event any purchased services will be cancelled and registered domain names will become the property of Pelinor (subject to negotiation). We reserve the right to employ a debt collection agency to act on our behalf and apply to the county court to assist in recovery of monies owed.

 

COMPANY LIABILITY

 

Pelinor shall not be held responsible for the content of any of our hosted websites, including the legality of such content. Any account holder found in breach of any laws applicable directly to him (including this policy) or involved in any illegal activities whatsoever, directly related, but not exclusive to, the use of our services, will be immediately referred to the relevant authorities and his account will be terminated without prior notice.

 

Pelinor shall not be held liable for any damages (financial or otherwise) which occur as a result of the use of our services, including the loss of any information stored on our servers. We do back up all our sites regularly, but will not be held responsible for any loss of information, including backed-up content. We are furthermore not liable for any service outages beyond our control, including network outages and server malfunction. We will, however, endeavour to correct any such situations as soon as possible. We do not offer a Service Level Agreement as standard, but a custom SLA can be negotiated.

 

The purchase or usage of any of our services signifies your agreement to all the terms and conditions applicable to that service, including any extraneous provisions not covered on this specific page. It also signifies your permission for us to use original artwork, design or other material for portfolio/example purposes.
